Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager at Treasure Well, you will be responsible for expanding the firm’s global presence, acquiring high-value clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of high-net-worth (HNW) markets, investment advisory services, and corporate partnerships.
You will play a pivotal role in developing new business relationships, identifying key market opportunities, and enhancing Treasure Well’s reputation in wealth structuring, tax advisory, and regulatory compliance.
This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong track record in business development, sales strategy, and relationship management within the financial, legal, or investment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Business Growth
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand Treasure Well’s footprint in key global markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing HNWIs, private clients, institutional investors, and corporate partners.
Lead cross-border expansion initiatives, entering new jurisdictions and aligning with regulatory requirements.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Develop customized client engagement strategies, offering tailored solutions for wealth structuring, investment migration, and tax advisory.
Act as a key liaison between internal advisory teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Alliances
Establish and manage partnerships with private banks, law firms, family offices, wealth managers, and investment firms.
Drive collaborations with financial institutions and industry influencers to enhance market positioning and service offerings.
Negotiate high-value contracts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to fuel firm growth.
Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
Represent Treasure Well at industry conferences, investor forums, and networking events, positioning the firm as a leader in global advisory services.
Develop thought leadership content, market intelligence reports, and investment insights to enhance brand credibility.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities for firm expansion.
Revenue & Performance Optimization
Work closely with senior leadership to develop pricing strategies, revenue models, and sales targets.
Track and analyze business performance metrics, optimizing lead conversion and client acquisition processes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and digital outreach strategies.
Required skills and Expertise
5-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within financial services, legal advisory, or investment firms.
Proven track record of securing high-net-worth clients, closing multi-million-dollar deals, and expanding international business operations.
Strong expertise in private client services, investment migration, wealth structuring, or tax advisory.
Deep understanding of global financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and offshore structuring solutions.
Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and execute high-impact growth strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue performance.
Fluency in multiple languages (preferred) to facilitate cross-border business development.
